FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine, namely to cardiology, and can be used, when performing low-traumatic operations of replacement of valves of body. Valve module for module valve device, introduced through skin, comprises frame and multiple flaps of valves attached to frame of valve. Frame of valve contains first circular element, second circular element and multiple posts, connected with first and second circular elements and located between them. One of posts is longitudinal separation post with first and second halves of post. Connection between posts and first and second circular elements is represented by places of turn. Frame of valve has folded unassembled delivery configuration and is to be assembled in working configuration after deployment of delivery device. First and second circular elements and posts pass in same main direction in folded unassembled delivery configuration. Versions of module valve devices, systems for expansion of module valve device and method of assembling module valve device introduced through skin are disclosed.
EFFECT: technical result consists in easier folding, delivery and assembly of valve module.
