FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to creation of new biomaterial, used as tissue transplant for regenerative surgery. Xenogenic biomaterial for regenerative surgery consists of animal nuchal ligament with predominant content of elastin, purified and processed in order to remove antigens, in which chemical bonds of proteoglycans and glycoproteins, structured in bundles of connective tissue fibres, are 80-90% unblocked, and glycosaminoglycans are partially eliminated from fibre bundles to residual content ≥50%.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to create available xenogenic biomaterial for regenerative surgery with extremely low antigenic properties with preservation of bioplastic and physical-mechanical properties of original donor tissues.
