SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of obtaining xenogeneic biomaterial including processing the aorta of a reindeer by washing, fragmentation, membranolysis of cells, elimination of glycosaminoglycans, and sterilization. A method of producing xenogeneic biomaterial, which includes treating the reindeer aorta by washing, fragmentation, cell membraneolysis, eliminating glycosaminoglycans, sterilization, characterized by the following: the reindeer aorta is treated in 2 stages with aqueous solutions of ethyl alcohol at a concentration of 70% and 96%, respectively, volume aqueous solution of ethyl alcohol should be 10 volumes of aortic fragment, at a temperature of 37°C for 4 hours with washing of the material in distilled water at 3,400 rpm for 5 minutes, enzymatic hydrolysis is carried out in a shaker-incubator at a temperature of 37°C and 250 rpm for 2 hours using a 1% solution of type II collagenase with an activity of 230 units/mg, followed by washing the material three times by centrifugation in distilled water at 3,400 rpm for 5 minutes, treated with a 20% sodium dodecyl sulfate solution in a shaker-incubator at a temperature of 37°C and 250 rpm for 20 hours, the material is washed five times by centrifugation in distilled water at 3,400 rpm for 5 minutes, sterilized with ionizing radiation and placed in glass containers with a preservative.
EFFECT: above invention makes it possible to speed up the process of obtaining a biomaterial with minimal antigenic activity based on elastin without the use of any toxic reagents.
