FIELD: cell biology; medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cell biology and medicine, in particular to biomaterials for regenerative surgery and their production methods. Biomaterial consists of connective donor tissue purified and treated in order to provide reparative regeneration, wherein donor connective tissue corresponds by a fibro-structure to substituted tissue for 90-100%, violation of chemical bonds in collagen-proteoglycan complexes of fibrous structures of tissue matrix does not exceed 20%. When implementing methods, biomaterials are obtained from visceral membranes, tendons and ligaments, adipose connective tissue, derma, and skeletal connective tissue.
EFFECT: present invention allows for increase in the efficiency and safety in the creation of biomaterial for regenerative surgery from allogenic and xenogeneic donor tissues with extremely low antigen properties and preserved fibro-architectonic and strength properties of donor connective tissue.
