SUBSTANCE: invention relates to gas and oil production in open sea. Proposed buoy comprises first connector to connect fluid transportation pipelines, lines for transmission of control signals and/or electric power between buoy and floating object. Jointing system comprises support arranged to displace laterally with respect to floating object, and inserted journal multi-stage structure mounted on said support to displace therewith. Said inserted journal multi-stage structure comprises second jointing device for connection with the first one in said buoy, shut-off devices for opening and closing at least one of tubes and/or pipelines in the first and second connectors in connecting and disconnecting said buoy, and turret support for turning about floating object.
EFFECT: expanded operating performances, possibility for installation of various ships.
