FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: proposed plant comprises distillation column, and multistage condenser. First stage is made up of kettle with falling film communicated with mechanical blower, rectification column heated by distillation column re-boiler, separator, heating heat exchanger communicated with rectification column. The latter comprises more than 50 plates, while condenser incorporates heater arranged behind kettle with falling film. Mechanical blower consists of several mechanical compressor stages connected in series.

EFFECT: reduced power consumption since mechanical blower compresses not alcohol flash steam but solely water vapor and rules out influence on alcohol flavor.
