FIELD: chemistry, food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food and chemical industry, namely, to production of alcohol. The device contains milling unit designed for milling grain-crops into flour with separation of, at least, part of coats surrounding cores, fluidisation unit, fermentation unit, distillation unit and drying unit. Separated coats from milling unit are supplied to drying unit as medium-carrier for malt-residue drying. Drying unit contains drier for final drying of malt-residue with dew point greater than 95°C, preferably 100-105°C. Waste heat of drier and molecular sieve, which dehydrates raw alcohol, is supplied to distillation unit as technological heat.
EFFECT: reduction of energy consumption when producing alcohol.
