FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: noise-absorbing structure has a sound-absorbing material with depressions, attached to a metal base, and on the side facing the source of acoustic energy at a depth equal to half the thickness of the sound-absorbing material, there are depressions in form of a rectangular parallelepiped, at the bottom of which, which constitutes a third of the depth of the depression, there are elements of spatitally vibrating weights in form of lead inserts attached by metal pins and repeating the size and shape of the depression, and a thin film layer is deposited on around the panel.
EFFECT: high noise-absorption efficiency owing to widening of the frequency range from 250 to 5000 Hz, reduced labour input in making the panel, possibility of use in enclosing structures working in aggressive media.
