FIELD: acoustics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to acoustic isolation of equipment with means of broadband acoustic suppression and can be used in all sectors of the national economy as a means of protection against noise. Technical result is achieved by the fact that the sound-proof casing with aerodynamic silencers is made in the form of the rectangular parallelepiped, which covers process equipment, the process equipment is installed on at least four vibration-proof supports, which are based on the bridging of the building, with the clearance between the base of the process equipment and the cutoff in the lower face of the rectangular parallelepiped, in order to reduce the aerodynamic noise of the ventilation system, the noise mufflers are installed in the casing, they are installed respectively on the inlet and outlet ventilation ducts, while on the inner surface of the soundproofing enclosure the sound-absorbing element is fastened in the form of smooth and perforated surface, between which the multi-layer sound-absorbing structure is located, in this case, the noise silencers, which are installed respectively on the inlet and outlet ventilation ducts, are designed as the combined ones, each silencer comprises the cylindrical body, which is rigidly connected to the end inlet and to the outlet nozzles, the diameter of which is not less than the diameter of the body, and the sound-absorbing cylindrical insert, which is located along the axis of the muffler, the conical shape shield is fixed to each of the end faces of the perforated cylindrical insert, the cylindrical insert is fixed to the body by means of at least two stiffeners, which are located in the plane that is perpendicular to the axis of the muffler, the outer surface of the cylindrical insert is perforated, and the sound absorber and the acoustically transparent material are located inside the insert, and the sound-absorbing cylindrical insert is made hollow and in the axial section it is made in the form of the rigid and perforated walls, between which there are two layers: the sound-reflecting layer, which is adjacent to the rigid wall, and sound-absorbing layer, adjacent to the perforated wall, wherein the sound reflecting material layer is made from a complex profile consisting of evenly distributed hollow tetrahedrons, allowing to reflect sound waves incident in all directions, and basalt based mineral wool is used as the sound-absorbing material.
EFFECT: technical result is the increased efficiency of noise suppression.
