FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: composition contains the following in pts.wt: suspended polyvinyl chloride 100, butadiene-nitrile rubber with 15-40 wt % content of acrylonitrile 10-30, magnesium hydroxide 20-40, ester plasticiser 20-40, lead stabiliser 3-7, antimony trioxide 3-10, zinc oxide 1.5-3, boric acid 0.8-1, Agidol 20.5-2.5, Irganox 1010 0.1-0.5, calcium stearate 0.5-1.5, stearic acid derivative selected from: ethylene glycol mono- and distearate, isooctyl stearate, ethylene amine distearate, 12-oxystearamide 0.5-4. The composition can additionally contain 0.5-3 pts.wt technical carbon.
EFFECT: improved physical and mechanical characteristics and swelling resistance in petroleum products while meeting requirements for the level of smoke formation in combustion and smouldering conditions and release of hydrogen chloride.
