SUBSTANCE: base station distributes resources for the uplink channel sounding reference signal, i.e. the SRS signal, of user equipment (UE), and sends the SRS configuration parameters to the UE, wherein the SRS configuration parameters include a SRS bandwidth parameter B_SRS and a SRS frequency domain position parameter n_RRC; after receiving the SRS configuration parameters, the UE calculates a frequency domain starting position of the SRS signal of the resource used for sending the SRS signal according to the SRS configuration parameters, and then sends the SRS signal to the base station by using the resources. The frequency domain resources distributed by the base station for the SRS signal correspond to a node in a tree type structure configured by the SRS bandwidth, and the distributed B_SRS correspond to the layer in which the node is located, while the distributed n_RRC correspond to an index of a branching node of the node in the lowest layer of the tree type structure.
