FIELD: radio engineering.
SUBSTANCE: method, device and software are proposed on a machine-readable medium to develop an uplink message for transmission to a basic station, at the same time the created uplink message comprises a reference probing signal based on data, to which access has been granted. A signal of uplink planning grant is accepted along a downlink from the basic station in response to transmission of an uplink message. Transmission of uplink data is carried out in response to a received signal of an uplink planning grant signal.
EFFECT: maximum efficiency in configuration of a reference probing signal.
