FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to grain separation, particularly, to aspirators to be used in elevator flour-and-cereals industry. Pneumatic separator consists of closed air system including intake bin, aspiration channel, settling chamber with butterfly throttle arranged at chamber top section and auger at its bottom section, main blower and circulation channel. Extra blower is mounted in circulation channel arranged in series with the main one. Said extra blower divides circulation channel into top and bottom parts. Extra blower suction branch pipe is communicated with discharge branch pipe of the main blower while extra blower discharge branch pipe extends into circulation channel bottom section. Both said blowers are connected to control module to be synchronised thereby.

EFFECT: higher efficiency.
