FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for separation of both coarse large weed and aerodynamic light impurities from grain and can be installed in grain-cleaning sections of elevators and at grain receiving facilities, as well as in grain-cleaning lines for grain harvester treatment and seed grain cleaning. Proposed machine comprises scalperator consisting of intake branch pipe of revolving sieve drum, screw blades, coarse impurities discharge pipe and ventilator to create vacuum. Scalperator is connected with aspirator through receiving tray. Additional rotary drum is installed in the scalper. Both sieve drums consist of two rings interconnected by a profile, to which sieve with perforation are attached, in the scalperator housing there are made doors. In the aspirator housing inner walls and partitions form a pneumatic separating and recirculating channels and a sedimentation chamber, in which an additional diametric fan and an auger for light aerodynamic admixtures discharge are built-in.
EFFECT: technical result is high efficiency of cleaning grains of impurities.
