SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cement compositions and can be used to prepare mortars and concrete. The binder contains portland cement clinker, gypsum dihydrate and an additive. The additive used is magnesium-containing rock - troctolite, after grinding with water for 10 minutes, with the following ratio of components in wt %: trocolite 30; gypsum dihydrate 3; portland cement - the rest.
EFFECT: improved strength characteristics.
