FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cement composition. Cement contains the following, in wt %: wastes from processing boron-containing mineral raw material from the Dalnegorsk deposit datolite - wollastonite skarn, heated to temperature 100 to 120°C, obtaining hemihydrate gypsum 4 to 8, portland cement clinker - the rest, alkalising additive in form of dry granular material in an amount sufficient for providing pH of not less than 11. The alkalising additive used can be sodium hydroxide, sodium carbonate or calcium hydroxide.
EFFECT: increased strength of hardened cement paste.
