FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the industry of ceramic materials, mainly to compositions of mixtures for making bricks. The ceramic mixture for making ceramic bricks contains low-melting clay, "beads" from production of mineral wool and a product of cleaning furnace gases from production of mineral wool, containing the following in wt %: SiO₂ - 14.3; Al₂O₃ - 8.98; Fe₂O₃ - 11.8; CaO - 32.2; MgO - 6.6; R₂O - 7.8; SO₃ - 0.98, other impurities - 5.3, with the following ratio of components in wt %: low-melting clay 55-85; "beads" from production of mineral wool 10-25; product of cleaning furnace gases from production of mineral wool 5-20.

EFFECT: increased frost resistance, acid resistance and heat resistance of the articles.
