FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: alloy based on Fe-Cr-Ni contains in wt %: carbon 0.005÷0.15; silicon ≤2.0; manganese ≤2.0; chromium 10÷25; summed content of nickel, cobalt and copper making 35÷85. Note here that nickel content makes ≥35; molybdenum content makes 0.01÷7.0; nitrogen 0.001÷0.15; boron 0.0001÷0/01; aluminium plus titanium make <3.0; it comprises also at least one of elements: niobium, vanadium, tungsten 0.01÷6.5; iron making the rest at the following ratios: Ni/Cu≥1.6; Cr+3·Mo≥14.0; V/4.2+Nb/7.8+W/15.3+Mo/8>0.7C. Alloy microstructure after thermal treatment contains 2-40 vol. % of uniformly distributed carbides and/or nitrides and/or carbonitrides and/or intermetallic compounds with equivalent sizes of ≤3,0 mcm. Proposed method of producing alloy casting, its ingoting or continuous casting, hot deformation to produce bars, cold deformation of bar in one or more passes and at least one thermal treatment to a part, e.g. deep-well pump shaft or gas separator shaft, fastener, e.g. bolt screw or pin.
EFFECT: higher strength and antirust properties.
