FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to corrosion-resistant alloys based on iron and chromium, intended for making highly loaded parts for oil production. Rod, intended for production of parts of electric submersible installations for oil production, is made of alloy containing, wt.%: chromium 13.0–20.0, nitrogen 0.2–0.72, zirconium 0.001–0.1, niobium 0.001–0.20, vanadium 0.001–0.2, manganese 6.6–17.5, iron and impurities—the rest. An austenitic structure is formed in the bar, which is determined by fulfilling the ratio between the alloy components: (0.5Mn+25N)−(0.16Cr2−5.76Cr+59.84)≥0, wherein Mn, N and Cr are the content of manganese, nitrogen and chromium in the alloy, wt.%.
EFFECT: providing a high level of strength and plastic properties, impact strength with simultaneous high resistance to corrosion, including to electrochemical corrosion, cracking in medium of hydrogen sulphide and other aggressive media.
