SUBSTANCE: device comprises two metering antennas, one of which is arranged in the form of a spiral frame, and the other one is made as two flat conducting plates arranged in parallel to each other, separated by a layer of dielectric, at the same time each antenna comprises two outputs, with which it is connected to inputs of appropriate signal amplifiers, being receiving devices, the outlets of receiving devices are connected to inputs of an according link of frequency correction, which are with their output connected to inputs of appropriate amplitude detectors, with their outputs the amplitude detectors are connected to the input of the digital-to-analog converter, which with its output is connected to the input of a processor with a multiplying logical element AND, the processor's output is connected to the input of the liquid crystal alphabet digital display.
