SUBSTANCE: in a device of access control with a lock (2), comprising a sealing element, an actuator (3) of the sealing element, an electronic key (5), an electric circuit with a receiving unit for receipt of identification data of the key (5) and a circuit of processing to establish the right of access on the basis of the received identification data, the processing circuit interacts with the actuator (3) and/or the sealing element for selective opening or closing of the lock (2). The electronic key (5) has a facility to create a capacitance near field, with the help of which identification data is transferred. Further a device is provided for induction of the capacitance near field to a person (4), who carries the key (5), besides, the receiving unit of the lock (2) comprises at least the capacitance surface of connection, so that whenever the lock (2) is touched, or the person (4) approaches the lock (2), the AC circuit is closed, and current goes through the lock (2), which may be registered by the receiving unit.
EFFECT: increased reliability, service life, improved conditions of operation.
