FIELD: electronic systems for locking and control of access to set of lockers. SUBSTANCE: each locker has opening and closing panels. System has mechanical lock mounted on each panel and provided with working element which is free to displace between first panel-locking position and second panel-unlocking one. Each mechanical lock is assigned special access code enabling displacement of working element from first to second position. Authorized user of one or more lockers is identified by means of special identifying system. Data processing system stores data related to access codes for each locker and separate data identifying particular locker of authorized user. Mechanical locks mounted on panels are used in conjunction with portable electronic switch incorporating storage device programmed by means of data processing system to store access code in mechanical lock on one of panels. This wireless electronic system does not require direct connection of each locker to central computer terminal. EFFECT: increased inner space of locker-room. 29 cl, 15 dwg
