SUBSTANCE: digital coding of video and sound signals is carried out, as well as their multiplexing to produce a compressed multimedia signal of the main service (MS) channel, digital coding of additional information of low-speed channels of reliable data (RD), separate noise-immune channel coding of MS channel signals and RD channel signals, modulation of carriers with application of orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) with introduction of pilot carriers and carriers that determine signal transfer parameters (STP), radiation, receipt and reproduction of signals are carried out, at the same time three bands of the radio channel are applied - 100, 200 or 250 kHz with permanent diversion between the bearing OFDM, at the same time carriers of STP and RD channels are arranged in the central frequency band of 100 kHz, and when a wider frequency band is used, masks of pilot carriers are supplemented at the spectrum borders, without changes in the central part of the spectrum.

EFFECT: provision of uninterrupted reception of a multimedia program or a sound stereophonic or multichannel broadcasting.
