SUBSTANCE: receiving device comprises a de-interleaving unit arranged as capable of performing over a signal of coded LDPC data exposed to an interleaving process. The receiving device executes the de-interleaving process by using a memory that has columns capable of storing "a" data, where "a" is an integer number equal to 1. Also the receiving device comprises a control unit made so that if a data signal is sent in blocks from N data, where N is an integer numner of less than "a", then the control unit controls the de-interleaving unit for recording of a data signal at the previously specified memory address with reading of previously recorded data from the previously specified address in the recording period. Then the control unit controls the de-interleaving unit to stop recording a data signal at the previously specified address of memory with reading of previously recorded data from the previously specified address in the period of recording ban.
EFFECT: provision of proper performance of a de-interleaving process, when column size of data introduced into a time interleaver changes at frame intervals.
