SUBSTANCE: it is proposed at a transmission stage, depending on the possibility of use of bands of the radio-frequency range of I-III ranges of very high frequencies to apply radio channel bands 50×n kHz, where n=1,…, 20, for a given spacing between carriers of orthogonal frequency division channels. In the channel coding process, the peak-factor of the generated information is reduced in a certain sequence: first, a backup carrier technique is implemented that comprises about 5% of the main service carrier channels and reliable data and scattered randomly, and then the adaptive active constellation extension algorithm is applied, ensuring the transformation of a clipping region into a noise term in the possible extension region of the signal constellation and the removal of out-of-band distortion by filtration. Also, in the transmission, several sinusoidal signals are added additionally to the service carriers, the frequency of which is multiple of the frequency of the symbol sequence with active and guard intervals, so that these signals are continuous in the decoded signals allocated by the receivers and can be additionally efficiently used to synchronize the transmitted information.
EFFECT: ensuring a stable reception of a digital television program in moving vehicles in conditions of reduced field intensity in the presence of multipath of radio signal propagation, narrowband of the transmission channel and rapid change of the phase structure of the field in traffic.
