FIELD: production of non-smoking nicotine-containing products.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the production method of non-smoking nicotine-containing products of water naswar type. The method of extraction of a non-smoking product from shag tobacco stipulates preparation of compound components, extraction of the fennel with fluid carbon dioxide with separation of the corresponding miscella, cutting of the shag tobacco and the chicory, their drying in the microwave field until the residual moisture reaches the level of 20 % with the microwave power that ensures heating of the raw material up to the temperature of 80-90°C inside the pieces for at least 1 hour, their mixing, saturation with the separated miscella with the extract content of 0.03% from the mixture weight, release of the pressure up to the atmospheric level with simultaneous freezing of the mixture, subliming and removing of carbon dioxide with simultaneous bulbing of the mixture, addition of cherry juice concentrate, sugar juice, calcium citrate and/or magnesium and water to it and shaping of the obtained mixture.
EFFECT: improvement of the organoleptic properties of the product and extension of its storage life.
