FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to surgery, neonatal surgery and may be used for toracoscopic atresia correction method in newborn babies. The toracoscopic atresia correction is performed by extrapleural approach. Carbon dioxide shall be insufflated into the mediastinum extrapleurally via a telescope installed in the fifth intercostal space along the posterior axillary line. Instruments shall be introduced into the mediastinum via two trocars. The tracheoesophageal fistula shall be mobilized. The aboral oesophagus shall be cut away from the weasand, the weasand opening is stitched. The oral oesophagus portion shall be mobilized. The dead end of the oral oesophagus portion shall be open and esophago-esophagoanastomosis shall be performed. The anastomosis junctions shall be tightened extracorporally. EFFECT: method enables avoiding post-surgery pneumothorax if the anastomosis junctions prove to be insufficient and facilitates the respiratory support conditions during the operation.
