FIELD: medicine; surgery; methods used in surgical treatment of oesophagus atresia with large diastasis between segments. SUBSTANCE: method includes access to oesophagus; measurement of diastasis between segments; mobilisation of proximal segment; ligation and cutting of tracheoesophageal fistula; access to stomach cardial part and oesophagus intraabdominal part; mobilization of cardial part of stomach and intraabdominal part of esophagus; application of direct anastomosis between distal and proximal segments of esophagus. EFFECT: reduced terms of treatment.
