SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the field of medicine. It describes an absorbing item, such as a sanitary pads, pantyshields, diapers, pull up diapers, protective devices used in the event of adult urinary incontinence. The item comprises oxigenated oil/fat as deodorizing substance. The oil/fat is preferable oxygenated in controlled conditions so that they would have peroxide index of not less than 20 meq/kg. Oil/fat are fatty acid triglycerids, for example.
EFFECT: absorbing items are an efficient functioning deodorizing substance.
