SUBSTANCE: this invention covers box system of a vehicle body and methods of its production, and a truck cabin. The box system contains first box element (1) including two longitudinal walls (4, 5) with a cross-section forming a bend or a curve; and second box element (2, 3) attached to each wall by partial overlapping of its end section and one wall end. Production method of such box structure comprises welding of the subassemblies parts along bond plane without application of collapsed flap, when one end of the first longitudinal wall is overlapped and attached to the end section of the second box element, and one end of the second longitudinal wall is overlapped and attached to the second end section of the second box element so that the first and the second longitudinal walls form a box structure. The truck cabin includes this box structure.

EFFECT: simplification of design, increase in bending strength and resistance to torsional stress.
