SUBSTANCE: laundry machine with upper loading, comprising a housing (105) accommodating the rotary drum (120) having a loading opening (205) and a corresponding door (210) comprising a first and a second door flaps (210a, 210b), pivotally mounted on the drum relating to the loading opening and capable of moving between the open position and the closed position, the device (325) of locking/unlocking of the door, connected to one (210b) of the first and second door flaps and capable of acting selectively, retaining the drum door in the closed position or enabling to open the door. The device of unlocking of the door comprises a key connected to one of the said first and second door flaps and movable relative to it, at that the key has a slot which is made in such a way that in the closed position of the door it can engage with the engaging element (225) located on the other door flap (210a), preventing the door opening.
