A support roller for caterpillar machines contains rollers attached on the both sides of a balancer with a tank for ductile lubrication in its middle part, as well as a rolling bearing and a movable axis. The axis has a longitudinal channel located in the centre of the axis with radial openings. On the part of the movable axis between the rolling bearings there are helical blades with right and left coiling. Cone surfaces of the helical blades come together in the middle part of the tank for ductile lubrication. EFFECT: enhanced reliability of support rollers.
