FIELD: agriculture, in particular, cultivation of weed fallows. SUBSTANCE: cultivator has frame carrying sections of replaceable working tools. Each section is defined by succession of smooth cylindrical rollers and drum with knives fixed on it. Roller and drum pivot journals are mounted in bearing casings on H-shaped frame. Arched beam of H-shaped frame is joined by pivot hinge, whose axis is oriented in longitudinal-vertical plane, with bracket of short or long carrier, which is pivotally connected to frame through pin. Drum is provided with replaceable turn knives formed from L-shaped profiles with single-sided blades on their edges for cutting plants. Sharpening angles of L-shaped profile blades are less than 25 deg. EFFECT: increased efficiency, reduced draft and improved quality of tilled soil. 3 dwg
