FIELD: aeronautics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aviation, particularly to a method of control unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) and unmanned air complexes (LHC). The LHC contains a ground station, the UAV with thruster, tether, which includes the power cable connecting the ground station to the UAV, and multi-cable, and a mechanism for regulating the length of the leash, and a system of position control and stabilization of the UAV sensors including its spatial position. When operating UAVs provide its propulsion mode in which the lift force exceeds the weight of the UAV with a leash. Lifting height of the UAV specifies the length of the power cable, and position control and stabilization, the UAV is carried out by a separate control wire, the length of which alter the signal transducers that fix the spatial position of the UAV. Mechanism for regulating the length of the control cable can be installed on a ground station complex or in the nose of the aircraft.
