FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to the area of chemical technology, namely to the methods of production of wastes of chemical-recovery industry, chemical industry and petrochemical industry. Sulfuric waste is filtered from organic suspended matter in filter 11. Sulfuric waste is neutralized using gas ammonia to pH 5.3-5.5 in neutralizer 8. Aluminum chloride is injected in neutralized solution. Then neutralized solution with aluminum chloride is oxidized to pH 4.2-4.6 using filtered sulfuric waste. Oxidized solution is sent into crystal receiver phase separator. After treatment in crystal receiver phase separator 12 purified saturated solution with enlarged crystals of ammonia sulfate is sent to centrifuge 7. Purified saturated solution with small crystals of ammonia through snatch cleat 15 and buffer tank 16 is sent to heat-exchange unit 10 and then to vacuum-evaporator installations 1-5. Upper layer of highly molecular organic is constantly separated from crystal receiver phase separator 12, crystal receiver 6 and neutralizer 8 into receiver tank 22 for plasticizer production.

EFFECT: waste-free technology of recycling of sulfuric wastes of acrylate works in continuous mode with production of ammonia sulfate of higher quality and plasticizer.
