FIELD: water treatment.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to methods and complexes for treating excess waste water obtained during treatment in a biochemical plant, and can be used in the coke industry. Method involves receiving waste water from a biochemical plant, pre-treatment in a waste water pre-treatment unit, and concentrating the waste water with a flash boiling evaporator. Concentration is carried out by circulating waste water in a circulation circuit of at least one flash boiling evaporator. Flash boiling evaporator includes stages, each of which contains at least an expansion chamber and a bundle of heat exchange tubes of the condensation chamber, as well as a steam separation device. Further, waste water is separated into steam and salt solution by means of a steam separation device of the stage and subsequent production of a distillate. Calcium-based inoculating agent is introduced into the circulation circuit of the flash boiling evaporator during the waste water concentration by the flash boiling evaporator. At the outlet of the flash boiling evaporator, a product and waste of the waste water treatment process are obtained due to removal of hardness salts and part of the inoculating agent from the salt solution circulating in the flash boiling evaporator circuit. Salt solution treatment is carried out by brine clarification in hardness salts removal unit, in particular, by means of settling tank connected to circulation circuit of flash boiling evaporator.
EFFECT: reduced risk of formation of deposits on heat exchange surfaces of flash boiling evaporator, obtaining additional product of waste water treatment in the form of crystals of mineral salts.
