FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: gasification device includes gasification reactor 43 and tank 44 for synthetic gas cooling. Gasification reactor 43 contains high pressure shell, slag bath located in lower part of high pressure shell, gasifier wall located inside gas pressure shell limiting gasification chamber 47. Upper end of gasifier wall is connected with pipeline 51to tank 44, which contains inlet for hot synthetic gas, outlet 49 for cooled synthetic gas, and facilities 46 for liquid water contact with hot synthetic gas. Resulting gas mixture is cooled down in connective pipeline to the temperature in the range from 500 to 900°C due to injection of liquid cooling medium and then in tank to the temperature below 500°C in contact with water. Said cooling in connective pipe and/or tank for synthetic gas cooling is performed by injection of water droplets mist into gas flow.
EFFECT: invention provides for use of the raw material with high alkaline content.
