FIELD: packer.

SUBSTANCE: invention belongs to the borehole oilfield equipment and, more specifically, to the expanding packer elements. A plate to be used in the expanding packer possesses a corpus-based element, characterized by the length, width and thickness and containing no less than one bearding in it and at least one wedge, going from it, fittings for interconnection with corpus elements of the adjoining plates of the expanding packer and a range of reinforcing elements, located within the corpus element and formed in a shape of web or twisted structure; moreover the expanding packer contains an elastic bladder and a range of plates, located along the bladder and equipped with reinforcing elements at least partially open in order to provide an easy fixing of the expanding packer against the well shaft walls.

EFFECT: protection against outsqueezing, withstanding mechanical overload, control over the packer elements load rate and enhancement of their characteristics, increases the fixing potential with regard to well shaft walls.
