FIELD: internal combustion engine.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns internal combustion engines, which can be used in the industry, agriculture and transport. The internal combustion engine contains the case, two opposed cylinders with pistons, which divides the cavities of cylinders into the compression and combustion chamber, system of air and fuel supply, fuel ignition, lubricating systems, engine starting and output shaft with a flywheel, kinematically connected to pistons. The engine is equipped with rack bars connected to pistons, shaft gear, clutch and bilateral contact clutch, and on/off sensors of electromagnetic clutches. Rack bars are made with possibility to be in constant-mesh with shaft gears, at the ends of which engaging the gears, located on the freely rotating disks of bilateral clutch. Middle part of the clutch is rigidly installed on the output shaft with a flywheel and through internal engage is connected with a movable part of the clutch, which alternatively connects one clutch disk or another one with edge teeth. The compressor chamber is made as larger in volume, than the combustion chamber. Air supplied to the combustion chamber, by volume is, at least, equal to air volume supplied to the combustion chamber. All valves, except for emission ones, work from pressure difference, and emission valves have a drive. The valves are made as disks and have racks with springs, providing seating the ground surfaces of valves.
EFFECT: increase of performance coefficient and torsion torque.
