FIELD: shipbuilding and manufacture of engines. SUBSTANCE: plant is provided with internal combustion engine which is made in form of sections combined in monoblock unit. Transmission is made in form of power units and flexible coupling. Injector of ignition and fuel supply system includes membrane, high-voltage dischargers, nozzle and shut-off needle. Piston rod of engine is fitted with mechanism for change of its length and device for placing it in operation. Toothed frame is connected with piston by means of toothed rod with movable frame or connecting rod. EFFECT: increased service life; reduced mass; reduced revolutions of engine. 7 cl, 8 dwg
