FIELD: computer, physics, electrics.
SUBSTANCE: method for measuring the intensity of electric fields. The electron optical moire effect is used that arises on superposition of a distorted image of the shadow field on electron screen to undistorted image grid, which is used as a shadow image of the grid in the absence of the measured field. The moire pattern from the electric field is fixed by means of video camera, with followed illustration of an image on a PC monitor. The technical result is in the increasing of the accuracy and timeliness for measuring of the electric fields strength.
