SUBSTANCE: innovation relates to the technique of telemetric control of moving objects and can be applied to control vehicles or people and to define the route and condition of the above objects; the system includes the object data collection and transfer unit; the data collection and transfer unit comprises devices associated by the microprocessor bidirectional bus: the communication devices with switched interface blocks, the receiver of the object position location system, the coupler box for the initial information sensors, the processing unit of analog signals, coupler box with the applied devices, the coupler port with the personal computer, autonomous power supply unit; besides, the controlled object data collection and transfer unit additionally contains the memory unit for saving the information on the object coming from the receiver of the object position location system, transducers of the initial information, and analog signals processing unit; the system additionally comprises the communication server, and a multitude of wireless modems, the data saving and archiving server, the cartographic server and a number of personal computers to input and output the information, data transfer network, servers of corporative information systems; the controlled object data collection and transfer unit is connected with the communication server by means of the wireless network, the Internet and wireless modems; the communication server is connected through the data transfer network with the data saving and archiving server, the servers of corporative information systems and multitude of personal computers; the personal computers are interconnected with the cartographic server and the servers of corporative information systems; all the servers and personal computers are interconnected by the data transfer network.
EFFECT: innovation enhances the efficiency of control of vehicles and personnel movements.
