FIELD: instrument making.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to multipurpose system of monitoring of stationary and mobile objects. The proposed system contains a network of terminal devices of gathering the information located on mobile and/or stationary objects connected via data transmission lines with the data control, accumulation and processing centre. This center incorporates transmit-and-receive hardware integrated into a local network, a unit of control, accumulation and processing the data from terminal devices, and operator workstations. Each terminal device contains the interface with the data transmission channel connected to the microcontroller which, via the local interfaces conversion unit, can be connected to analog and digital pickups, actuators and a power supply. Terminal devices contain additionally a generator of consecutive images connected to the microcontroller via the local interfaces conversion unit. The data control, accumulation and processing centre incorporates a unit to process consecutive images for recognition of the image objects and estimation of changes in images and these objects, and also a workstation to process consecutive images for control and estimation of parameters of monitoring objects which is connected through a local network to the said data control, accumulation and processing unit. Monitoring of object parameters by means of estimation of its image and automatic monitoring of the image, flexibility in accommodation of elements of the terminal device on object of monitoring are duly provided for. Also, efficiency of data analysis of data increases, the range of terminal devices and system capacity goes up.

EFFECT: expanded performances of the system, simpler design and lower costs.
