FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to gynecology in particular. It can be applied to healing tubal and idiopathic female sterility. The perforated irrigation catheter is administered to the uterine part of the tube through the key hole of the hysteroscope till the abdominal part of the uterine tube. Irrigation catheter is captured by the flexible cramps of the fertiloscope. The heel of the irrigation catheter is brought out through the perforated hole of the fertiloscope to the lateral vaginal vault. During the following 4 weeks of ambulant therapy irrigation antibiotic and hormonotherapy are applied with further fertiloscopy and catheter removal.
EFFECT: means allows applying local medicamental treatment targeted at restoration of the anatomic and functional continuity of uterine tubes and reproduction function recovery without using adjuvant reproductive technologies.
