FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to obstetrics and gynaecology. A preliminarily prepared native autoplasma is introduced into the uterine cavity every other day, 5–7 times in volume of 20–30 ml, for 10–15 minutes. Thereafter, 1 month, 6 months and 1 year later, an ultrasound examination of the state of the uterine cavity is performed, and in case of recurrence, the therapeutic course is repeated according to the same scheme.
EFFECT: method enables to safely stimulate the production of growth factors initiating reparative processes at the point of exposure, increase the length of remission of inflammatory diseases of the uterine cavity, provoking intrauterine synechiae, provide secondary prevention of intrauterine synechiae after surgical treatment.
