FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: means includes the influence of aqueous solution on the body while taking baths during no more than 20 minutes and per oral administration. At first the mineral bath is taken. It contains 300 liters of water and the following components: sodium chloride - 100g; sodium bicarbonate - 500g; magnesium chloride - 15g; potassium - 12g; calcium chloride - 20g. Then, for at least 2 hours the hypo bath is taken. It contains 300 liters of water and the following components: sodium bicarbonate - 1000g; rock weed - 100g; deep sea tangle - 150g; pine buds - 100g; shelf fungus - 50g; dry extract of seashells - 80g. Herewith at least thrice a day the drink solution is taken. The drink solution contains the following components per 1.5 liters of water: rock weed - 10g; deep sea tangle - 10g; tutsan - 12.5g; plantain - 17g; birch buds - 10g; linen seeds - 15g; sodium bicarbonate - 12g. The one-time doze is 250 ml. The course contains 10-15 techniques with the interval of 1-2 days.
EFFECT: means provides the efficiency restoration of the sportsman without breaks in work-out session.
