FIELD: paper-pulp industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the paper-pulp industry in particular to devices for fiber materials mechanical processing; the fiber material milling device includes the processing chamber with the stator therein and the rotor and the blade wheel with nonradial blades mounted on the driving shaft at the level of the inlet junction pipe; each blade is furnished with two pins, one of them serves as a rotation axis mounted into the apertures concentrically positioned on the wheel, the second pin serves as a lead coupled with the circular slot concentric relatively to the axis of the first pin and the open radial flute of the turning ring; the ring has the free-wheeling fork axis with the actuating screw-nut connection; the actuating screw is pin-joined to the outrigger of the arresting washer fixed on the blade wheel; the blades of the wheel leaned to the side opposite the emplacement of the inlet junction pipe; the angle between the blades on the wheel and its radial plane is adjusted in the range of 3-7°.
EFFECT: intensification of the process and enhancement of the grinding quality of the fiber material due to the use to the maximum degree of the jet energy upon the hydraulic impact on the material.
