FIELD: pulp-and-paper, chemical, construction and other industries. SUBSTANCE: plant has body with grinding chamber. Accommodated in body and provided with grinding fittings are rotor mounted on drive shaft and stator, inlet and outlet pipes and impeller on drive shaft. Impeller blades are facing inlet pipe located at level of blade location. Impeller has plate covering its blades from below and form side facing body center and forming gap together with grinding chamber internal surface which is regulated within 5-8 mm and located from side of periphery part. Technical result of invention consists in maximum utilization of jet energy in hydrodynamic action on material. EFFECT: intensification of grinding process and higher quality of grinding of fibrous material. 3 dwg
