SUBSTANCE: method includes mixing of the main molding material, organic or nonorganic binding materials with the additives; the additives contain the blowing agent, powdered sugar and colourant; the additives are mixed with the molding material and/or the binding material until the homogeneous mixture is received.

EFFECT: provision of the mould cores and boxes with the smooth surface which does not need to be coated; the increase of the mixture viability.
