FIELD: powder metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the powder metallurgy in particular to the methods of production of sediment resistant homogeneous concentrated powder suspensions used for the formation of the powder materials work-pieces by means of different methods, in particular by the method of extrusion forming or the method of slip casting, the variant of the latter is represented by the method of dual polymeric matrix; the method of production of the metallic powders suspension for the manufacturing of the work-pieces from the powder multicomponent materials comprises the preparation of the mixture of the metallic powders, mixing of the mixture of the metallic powders with the water solution of polyvinyl alcohol, at that the powder of the multicomponent high alloy 60Х20Ю is used as the basic powder which is preliminary grinded up in the presence of 96% solution of ethanol in the high-energy milling unit to the size of particles of 0.6÷1.4 micrometer, the received powder is mixed with the iron powder with the size of particles of 3.5 micrometer in the mixer during 24÷32 to produce the mixture of the metallic powders with the relative density of the bedded particles of 0.5÷0.6.

EFFECT: production of sediment resistant metallic powder suspensions for manufacturing of the powder multicomponent materials.
